INTERVIEW (USAILI) NA MAMBO YAKE NA NAMNA YA KUJIBU
Suala la kutafuta ajira ni gumu na wengi kwa sasa wanasema ‘‘NI KAZI KUTAFUTA KAZI’’
Na kama huna moyo, unaweza kuishia njiani na kuacha wenzako wanapambana, lakini ni vizuri ukapambana. Kama wewe hujazaliwa katika familia ambayo wakubwa zako au ndugu wamekalia nafasi kubwa kusema kuwa watakufanyia dili upite kiurahisi, jua utahangaika, hivyo ni jukumu lako kujipanga, na kukabiliana na hiyo hari.hupaswi kuogopa, kama umweza kumeza vitini vyote na kufaulu, jua hata usaili utafaulu.
Kiujumla, hakuna formula rasimi ya maswali yanayoulizwa kwani interview nyingine ni nouma kwa maana unapigwa interview hadi unahisi unaonewa na hawa watu. Lakini kama umejiandaa vizuri utashinda tu. Elewa kuwa kuna aina mbali mbali za usaili, mfano usaili wa kuandika ambao mara nyingi ni mawswali ya darasani kulingana na kada ulioomba ujue ndivyo utakavyokumbana na mawswali ya kitu hicho.  Aina nyingine ni usaili wa oral (ana kwa ana) nao pia huwa ni maswali ya darasani kulinganan na nafasi husika, pia huwa kuna maswali ya general kwa maana hata kama hujasoma hiyo kada lakini unaweza kujibu hayo maswali. Leo nataka nikupe aina ya maswali hata uende interview gani, huwezi kuyakosa haya maswali. Kumbuka kuwa unakuwa katika ushindani na watu wengine, hivyo ni jukumu lako kufunguka kwelikweli ili uwe unique.

1.      Tell us about yourself/ what sort of a person is you/what motivates you/how your boss describe you/how your workmates describing you? What are your strengths?

 I would describe myself/ people who know me would describe me as an enthusiastic and determined person who sticks to worthwhile projects until they are finished.

Also, I am a person with so much strength when it comes to prioritizing my workload, working on my own initiatives as well making sure that as a team player, my contribution also has positive impacts for the success of the team. I am very reliable, responsible, serious, with interest and ability to learn new things, and trustworthy.

2.      What are your weaknesses? What kind of people do you find difficult to work with? What kind of work situation do you find difficult?

I would say my major weakness is that I take my enthusiasm and determination too far in that I tend to expect the people I work with in a project to show the same level of these qualities. But I am learning that people are made differently and therefore are reminding myself to focus on encouraging the team mates rather than being judgmental about them. With these attitudes I have discovered that as a team we have been able to turn out impressive level of outputs.

3.      Why have you applied for this job? Why do you want to join our organization? Why do you want this job? What appeals to you about this job?

I want to make a positive contribution to the society by working in your organization. I like the dynamic nature of this organization (both calert and adaptive). I feel I can fit in well as I make some positive contributions.

4.      Where do you see yourself in the next five years? How does this job fit into your career plan? How do you see this job developing? How long do you plan to stay with this company?

It is difficult to tell exactly where I would be five years from now. This is because a lot will depend on the development of the in the organization. My aim is to progress as the organization develops so that I m do not lag behind.

ASSORTED QUESTIONS OR TOUGH QUESTIONS:-
Haya ni maswali ambayo yanaulizwa makusudi ili wajue msimamo wako umelalia upande gani. Hivyo ni wewe kusimamia ukweli wa majibu yako. Watakua mitego mingi, ila simamia majibu yako.
5.      What sorts of salary do you expecting? What do you think is your market value?

I think I would leave this to the management to determine. I am sure after considering my qualification; they will determine what I deserve. After I have worked for the organization for some time, my salary may be reviewed based on my performance then.

6.      We prefer young candidate/elder candidate;

Fine, all are better. My main points is this what matter at the end of the day is whether a person is productive as the organization wants.

7.      You seem not to have enough experience in. you seem under qualified/overqualified for the work

If you have never worked in this area:- I have never worked in this area but I am a person who learn things quickly. Furthermore, I have had experience that I felt is related to this area, such as when I led a team of fellow students in a project in a related area (area x-mention it)

8.      Do you have any question?

To avoid confusion in a simple way say: No, thank you. Or you can ask them: - When do I expect to get feedback from you?

Haya ni baadhi ya maswali mpendwa wangu. Swali jingine ambalo utakutana nalo ni lile la job description-yaani majukumu yako ya kazi ni muhimu uwe unayajua na mara nyingi majukumu ya kazi huwa yameaninishwa kwenye tangazo la hiyo kazi unayokuwa umeiomba. Na maswali mengine ni ya darasni kulingana na kada husika.
Ni muhimu kijiandaa vema kwa usaili (prepare yourself both physically and mentally. Vaa nguo yako uipendao ambayo haikupi wasiwasi na unapoivaa jisikie huru. Fanya mazoezi mf. Unaweza kumwambia rafiki yako akufanyishe mazoezi kwa kukusaili. Kumbuka ni muhimu kupitia material yako ya drasani kulingana na kazi huska na mwaswali yale ya general.
Ninaposema general question ni yale maswali ambayo kada zote wanaweza ulizwa mfano kwa wale walioko form five na six huwa wana somo la General studies, na wale walioko Vyuo vikuu wana Development Perspective ambayo inasomwa na kila mtu haijalishi unasoma course za Social sciences, humanities, education, medicine, au engineering. Hayo ndo maswali ya Genral. Pia angalia na katika kipindi hicho, nchi yako iko katika sera zipi mf, Kilimo Kwanza, Big Results n.k hivyo hayo mambo inabidi uwe unayajua. Hayo ndo maswali ya General.
